In the event Workspace is not functioning, there are some common steps you can take to try to fix it yourself. Over the course of our Citrix deployment, the server names have changed from apps. This requires removing and readding your account. Instructions vary per platform, but it involves removing the current account and then following the instructions at the top of this document. Open Workspace. Select the menu option at the top right of the Workspace window. Select any existing stores and select Remove.
Confirm the removal process. No applications are removed. Follow the instructions at the top of this document to add the new account. You may be prompted for this twice. If you want to use full desktops, you should set the default to be Windowed instead of full screen.
To do this, click on the dropdown next to your name in the top right and select Preferences. Set "Display desktops in:" to Windowed. Install and open the Citrix Workspace app. Select "Add Account" and for Address enter either apps. Log in with your ONID username and password. In the "Connection Center" window, on the right hand side, select "Preferences". In the "Preferences" window, switch to the "File Access" tab and here you are able to give the application you are using access to the local hard drive and USB.
